AMPA is pleased to welcome five new members to our association! These new member magazines are Alberta Heavy, Circle, Mortar & Pestle, The Scene and The Site Magazine.
Alberta Heavy
Alberta Heavy is the flagship magazine of the Alberta Roadbuilders & Heavy Construction Association (ARHCA). Each quarterly edition discusses topics of interest for the province’s contractors who work on the construction and rehabilitation of highways, municipal roads, bridges, sewer and water projects and the consulting engineers who work alongside them, as well as suppliers like equipment dealers, signage and barricades suppliers, finance companies, aggregate suppliers, law firms and more. Alberta Heavy provides the leaders of these companies with information to help them work more effectively in Alberta, and highlights ARHCA members making a difference in their communities.
Circle
The University of Alberta’s Augustana Campus does things a little differently. As a small liberal arts and sciences campus, we focus on educating the whole person in the classroom, laboratory and field. Students find their passion at Augustana while earning a University of Alberta degree with Top 5 teaching, learning and research opportunities. Circle is dedicated to highlighting the achievements of the Augustana community, distributing to alumni and friends of the campus.
Mortar & Pestle
The Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences at the U of A is at the forefront of pharmacy globally. We have served as Alberta’s sole pharmacy school since 1914. We hold consistent rankings among the top three institutions in Canada, top 50 globally, and top 15 for global research. Mortar & Pestle magazine is dedicated to highlighting the achievements of our community, distributing to alumni and friends of the campus.
The Scene
