AMPA is proud to collaborate with the International Regional Magazine Association (IRMA) to host a joint conference, broadening our reach to include top regional publishers from Canada, the United States, and Bermuda. On Thursday, September 25 and Friday, September 26, 2025, more than 200 media professionals and industry leaders will gather at the Grey Eagle Resort and Conference Centre in Calgary, Alberta, Canada for the Alberta Magazines Conference and Awards / IRMA Conference and Awards.

Pre-Agenda pricing is open to AMPA members and non-members.

The Conference Pass includes lunch on Day 1, the Alberta Magazine Awards Gala dinner and a hot breakfast on Day 2.

The Small Circulation Conference Pass is restricted to AMPA members with a circulation of less than 1000 copies.

TRAVEL BURSARIES

Out-of-town AMPA members are eligible to apply for a travel subsidy. Please submit your expression of interest by Friday, August 29, 2025 and we’ll contact you directly with more information. Priority will be given to members who register for the Conference Pass.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations before August 29, 2025, will incur a $50 service charge. Cancellations after August 29, 2025, will not be eligible for a refund.
