Silvia Pikal is a writer and editor based in Calgary. Her love of research and storytelling means she can cover any topic with ease, including news, health care, arts and culture, food, entertainment, travel and literature. She’s written about everything from tenant rights to different ways to cook potatoes (and has discovered potato cake is absolutely delicious).
