Creative director Caren Watkins of Watkins Communications and Design takes you on a visual journey through 2016’s type and design trends. Spoiler alert: Great design is always on trend!

Caren Watkins’ design expertise has been showcased in many of Canada’s top magazine brands, including Chatelaine, Gardening Life, Oxygen, Clean Eating and more. She currently runs her own design consultancy, Watkins Communications and Design, and recently completed her MDes in Inclusive Design at OCADU. This fall, she will add the role of professor in the York/Sheridan Bachelor of Design program to her impressive resume.
