Mifi Purvis

Mifi Purvis is a communications strategist and publications lead at the U of A, serving as the editor of New Trail magazine, among others. She is the former director of custom content at Venture Publishing, where she edited half a dozen titles for clients about such disparate subjects as heavy-duty equipment, teen mental health, local food, and more. Mifi has worked on the editorial teams of Eighteen Bridges and Up Here magazines, contributed to local and national magazines, and mentored numerous writers. In her spare time, she makes custom cookbooks with two friends at Savvy Beautiful Books.
