Nora Kelly

Nora Kelly (she/her) is an editorial illustrator, muralist and oil painter based in Montreal, Quebec.

Her professional art career began as a muralist in Mexico City, apprenticing with the prestigious ‘Street Art Chilango’ company. After several years painting murals across North America, the pandemic hit and she redirected her focus to editorial illustration. Over the past 5 years, Kelly has created 100s of illustrations for both online and print media outlets, designed dozens of book covers and most recently illustrated several children’s books. Her oil paintings have been jury-selected contributions of the Art Volt Collective.

She lives with her partner, an international tattoo-artist and muralist, and her Boston Terrier named Squid. On the weekend, she sings and plays guitar in her alt-rock band called the Nora Kelly Band.
