I’m a writer and editor (and recovering poet), specializing in stories about lifestyle, travel, arts & culture, and active living. You may have seen my byline in Avenue Calgary, WestJet Magazine, Vern, and a number of excellent custom publications like the Alberta Theatre Projects Live magazine and the Calgary Foundation’s Spur.

I also work with ad agencies as a copywriter on big digital projects and campaigns, usually for nonprofits, and sometimes I translate scientific and government documents into plain language. Do you need a story? An advertorial? An em dash appreciation session? Get in touch.
