Summarize the magazine’s achievements during the past year and how it has served the needs of its readers
airdrielife has in its 21st publishing year, become a city icon, connecting readers with the community and celebrating the people and events that make Airdrie a great play to live, work and play. In 2024 we celebrated a record 61 Amazing Airdrie Women in our 14th annual awards program for women raising over $7500 for the Airdrie women’s day shelter at our sold out gala. We honoured men we admire in a feature that recognized 11 outstanding men in the community and also recognized eight creative high school grads with a fun phot spread. We ended the year celebrating 28 Awesome Airdrie Kids for the 7th year with their own major feature and family celebration. In every issue we gave authors a voice, artists a showcase, new entrepreneurs a shout-out and causes a platform. We focused on celebrating diversity with a special feature on Pride and donated more than $10,000 in digital marketing to local causes throughout the year.

Our digital assets continued to grow adding readership in our weekly e-newletter and followers on social.
