No Tariffs on Canadian Magazines Exported to the U.S.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection has released guidance on imports from Canada. Magazines shipped to the U.S. are excluded from additional duties, under Section 9903.01.12  along with  informational materials, including but not limited to, publications, films, posters, phonograph records, photographs, microfilms, microfiche, tapes, compact disks, CD ROMs, artworks, and news wire feeds.  Visit the Cargo Systems Messaging Service website for addition information, or contact your printer or distributor directly.
